How to limit number of digits in a cell ?

    I′m creating a credit card form.

    How can I limit the number of digits in a cellule ? By example a visual digit of 3 numbers not less nor more.

    Using a numeric field with maximum value 999 doesn′t help me since I need also a minimum value of 3 digits. For the form 1 or 001 is exactly the same.

    Any other idea please ?
