How to Limit the Categories Shown in Filter

    I like the look of the category filter, however I do not want all categories shown on the sidebar list. Is there a way to select which categories are shown? Or does it always show all categories?

    For example I have the field title ‘Trailer Type’ and then want only the 4 trailer type categories to be shown under this. Then below this I’d like another field title ‘Product Categories’ and have all the main product categories shown under this title.

    On the product filter form > Category module, you can enter the category IDs on the “Exclude” field.

    Thank you! I was under the impression that when a customer clicked the listed category, the products in that category would appear. Instead the product categories are just appearing no matter what category is chosen? No products are being shown.

    Can’t visualize what you mean. Could you provide the URL and screenshot to show the issue?
