How to link a product virtual product

I have two different products: a paper subscription and a virtual subscription. What I want is if somebody buys the paper subscription we give him the virtual subscription for free for 1 year.
People can buy as well only the virtual subscription (cheaper).
How can I manage the paper subscription sellings?
