How to link course and lessons

Hi

Ii just installed the plugin, so I created a course, could you please tell me how to link the lessons with each course?

1) There are 2 options: Courses and Lessons.
When the student press by the course and pay, how does the student see the lesson of the course he paid?
2) How do I change the banner for the course?
