how to link featured image to product page.

    I hope this is the right place to ask.

    I’ve installed woothemes artificer theme and woocommerce and for the most part it’s running okay. The thing I’m having trouble with is this. I’ve created a static page and inserted an image gallery on it for my landing page (or home page). I would like each image on this page to link to it’s corresponding product page but rather it’s linking to the image page.

    The site is https://misscellany.ca/ . If you click on the image of the yellow/green flower captioned “Satin Chartreuse Singed Flower”, hopefully you’ll see what I mean. I would like this to link to the product page I’ve set up for it (which you can see when you go to the Shop).

    I have gone to the media page and set the attachment page to it’s product page but that’s not what happens when I click from this home page.

    I really hope this makes sense and I’d appreciate anyone’s two cents on this!

    This -to me- seems to be a product page.
    The same happens when I click other images… they link to their product-pages.

    What seems to be the problem?
    Did you refresh your page / empty the browsercache? after making the changes?

    It turns out I needed a plugin to get the the behaviour I wanted. The plugin I found is WP Gallery Custom Links. By default, WP only allows you to link an image in your image gallery to either the Media Page or the Attachment Page and I wanted it to link to a custom link (the image’s Product Page in woocommerce).

    I was up way too late working on this last night, I didn’t get a chance to update this thread before packing it in (didn’t even think I’d figure it out!). I really appreciate your offer to help!
