How to link to a users profile page?

Hi guys,

I’m having a blank on this.

I have installed the Profile Extra Fields plugin, and I want now to be able to link to a number of Author’s profile pages so that people can view their biographies.

How on earth do you A) make those profiles public, and/or B) print certain fields of an authors profile onto a page?

Here’s what I’d IDEALLY like to achieve…

I would like to be able to create a page for each user profile that prints certain fields from their profile, some of the generic information (username, for example), and the remainder from the Profile Extra Fields plugin (height, weight, etc)

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
