How to link to FXCM IP

Hi, I have recently downloaded your plugin and I am confused on how to make it work without an MT4 connection. I have selected the FXCM option and require an IP address, is this my internal/external IP address or is it an IP address that is from FXCM? Other than that I am very keen to see the ticker in action!
