How to link to time in video

I’m using “Grid Video Gallery 1” but I suppose I could use any. The problem seems to be that the URL is stripped from:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m73f35mDSU&t=1m15s

to:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=_m73f35mDSU%26t%3D1m15s

If for all videos you want the start time will be 1 min 15 sec I can say the way to make it, but if they are different times for each videos you can’t make it with this plugin.
