How to load this comment on ajax generated dom?

I use ajax to generate the previous post page. But the comment is not loaded on the ajax generated dom.
I know I need to initiate the js in when the ajax dom loaded, but I don’t know which js need to be initiated.
So, can you guide me in this matter?
