How to log in after removing login shortcode from login page?

    I can’t get logged into my site’s backend after removing the login and register shortcodes from their respective pages.

    I meant to activate the register and login pages check boxes for the super socializer plugin’s ‘login with social media’ options, but forgot to click the save button!

    It now appears I’m locked out.
