How to log into Keyy site

    So if you have signed up via the app you can just scan the code on getkeyy.com and it will log you in.

    I go to getkeyy.com and point the app to the wavy lines and get the message, “Call failed. Please contact support.”

    Should I delete the app and reinstall it?

    Hi,

    If you can’t login to getkeyy.com then that suggests that you don’t have the correct public key for your account.

    You either need to import the correct public key for that account or we need to reset the account.

    I can see you have a few support requests open, can you open a re-establish identity request here:

    Once your account is corrected if you other issues have not been resolved we can look at them.
