How to logout user when he/she attempt to login in another tab

  • I have two questions:
    1. How to do that the users not to have the possibility to log into the site in a new window / tab if he/she is already login? When he/she attempt to login again in new window/tab/browser and he/she is already login to logout from first window/tab/browser. The idea is to make the site running in only one tab.
    2. I want to refresh the page that is open in first tab when user open the same page in a new tab/window/browser. Is this possible and how?
