How to make a comment or post to own profile

I set everything up, but when I try and use it as a customer, it says “profile looks blank add info”, so I added thedescription which is the only thing Ican add, and it still wont let me add pictures to the profile, videos, or anyhting/

How do we get past this part, to see what a profile looks like, and customize it??
