how to make a custom profile page

Hello,

When you now see the profile page I see a background image , a profile image and after that I see xomething like a biography part.

So like this

bio. Tell something about yourself.

What I want is that instead of the bio a custom field named functie is shown.

Must I change something in the plugin code or do I have to change something in one of the template of this plugin.
