How to make a field as non mandatory or optional?

    I got a CF7 form on the websites with the fields like
    name
    phone no.
    email
    Best time to contact – it’s a check box with options morning and afternoon

    I want to make the field Best time to contact optional and non-mandatory so even leaving the field blank would still send the form successfully.
