How to make a list of last posts, except the 15 latest ones?

    Hello!

    I have just read how to create a list of the last posts, in this link, but havent found anywhere explaining how to do this without the last 15 posts.

    I explain: want this little list to be at the bottom of index, after the 15 posts that normally show in my homepage.

    Need this because this blog of mine is a car news one (Noticias Automotivas), and i publish more than 15 news everyday, including saturdays and sundays. ??
