• Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me with the following as I can’t seem to find a clear answer.

I got a new wordpress site. Part of the site is a news section. I want to be able to post news stories in that section only and since I get most of the news from other sites I want the option for when someone clicks more he is redirected to the news source.

Hope this is clear and I can get some help, thanks.

  • Hey alballaa

Have you tried this way? Go to Admin < Settings < Reading. In this Readings settings, you will find:
    1. Front page displays- click static page.
    2. Front page: select which page you want to display.
    3. Posts Page: select the page you like to hold your posts.

A link to your website might help too ??
Good luck with your new site ??

    Hi Kim09,

Thanks for the help, its one way to do it but its not how I want to do it also I still need to figure how to redirect more.

To clarify I need a specific category to appear in one page but not another, I don’t want to foreword all posts to a specific page.

As for my website its https://www.sisc.info

Once again thanks for the help.

Unfortunately i don’t really understand what you meant, but I like your blog, it’s clean and nice to read. Greetings
