How to make a Restricted Category and show message?

  • Hi,

    I want to make a Restricted New Category and when some one click on it show a message with 2 buttons.

    Press ENTER to show post
    Press CANCEL to Exit to Home Page

    Please tell me is this possible with wordpress and if possible please provide solution…
