How to make background transparent?

    Would anyone be able to help me figure out how to make the background of the testimonials slightly transparent (decreased opacity)?

    The color selection area (I’m using white) doesnt’ seem to have an opacity area.

    There is a spot to add custom css … I am using the default template.
