How to make category view visible?

Are you enabling testimonials to be view on your category archive pages?

I think it’s FAQ 52.

I do not know whether I am making myself clear. Post created under new categories and under the existing categories are visible when I access the respective categories url in the category view. For e.g. https://www.mydomain.com/category/online-shopping, https://www.mydomain.com/category/products/mobile-phones. but for https://www.mydomain.com/category/solved-complaints which is created through Testimonials Widget the posts are not shown. Under Testimonials > categories menu view it shows there are 82 posts.

If I need to tweak functions.php as suggested by you in FAQ 52 then how come other categories are working normally?

It sure would be great to view the site so that I can look to see the underlying HTML to in turn help with your debugging.
