How to make conditional response for personality test?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to put together a “personality type” quiz (think Myers-Briggs) on my website. I’m looking for something that allows users to answer several multiple choice Qs on a form, and after submitting, displays (or emails to them) a pdf or page that tells them their personality type and some information about it. So depending on how they answer the multiple choice questions, they could receive one out of 10 different pdfs. I suppose you would call this a “conditional response”. Are there any plugins out there I could use for this?
