How to make custom page appear on menu?

  • Hi there,
    For months I have been fiddling around trying to learn all this php and stuff and I spent foreeeever trying to figure out how to add sub-pages to the menu on a theme that doesn’t natively support menus and everything is hard coded. But to get to the point, I finally learned how to make a sub-page appear! Now I would like your help, hints, advice, or tips, on how to make the content of the page available on the site. How do I connect them? this is my site:
    https://tintedadvertisinggraphics.com/window-graphics/commercial-logos-houston/ Under Services I added the sub-page Logos. How do I make that open up to my custom page that I already added to the database?
