How to Make Data Change Every day Automatically in wordpress

Hello I have pretty much completed my website but i am stuck at one stage. I want code or plugin that makes my data change every day . I hope you understand. suppose i want to change my the timing of my todays youtube realeases. I will put all my timing once a week which will automatically change every day according to data.
