How to make dynamic link to edit post pulling user meta as post id?

I’ve created a custom user meta field that holds the post ID of the one post assigned to a user. I now need to have a link that sends the user to the edit screen of their post. I cannot figure out how to insert the user meta value for the post id into an edit post link. Any ideas?
