How to make email update work?

Hi guys first of all great plugin!
I’m using it now on my site, https://www.swimbikerun.ph and it’s working pretty well.
Just want to ask how I can update the stream via email? I can’t seem to make it work. To whom should I address the email? What’s the wordpress blogging address? My site’s url?
