How to make embedded FlashObj Video not autoplay?

  • Can anyone look at this embed code and help me figure out how to not make it autoplay? Thanks!

  • You could try <param name="play" value="false"> but I don’t think it will work. I believe you can’t control this through html code. This is a known problem. Search in google for more info.

    Thanks! Would I just add that anywhere in the code or at the very end? I had try google before I wrote this and sadly didn’t have much luck. I think your correct though that it may not be able to be controlled :/

    Yes. You can insert it anywhere. I just found this. Maybe it helps.

    Sadly none of that worked so I am assuming it is uncontrollable sadly to say ?? I did find that post as well before I asked on here and wasn’t much help either..ugh! oh well..looks like the video will be a text link on my blog instead..lol
