    Hello,

I already created a pop up working fine on PC mode, but it seems that it does not work on mobile.

Could you have a test at lovcour.com/checkout

    What did I missed please?

    Thanks

  • Hello @alexliii !

    I hope you’re doing well!

Exit Intent is not supported on mobile as mobile devices don’t have a pointer which is tracked on desktop devices to trigger the behaviour. We place a notice about that on the Exit Intent section, as can be seen on the screenshot here:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#exit-intent

Note: This doesn’t work on mobile and tablet because we use mouse movements to detect the exit intent.

In this case we’d suggest to setup a separate Behaviour only for mobile or a Visibility condition to trigger the popup instead: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#visibility-modules

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

    Thanks a lot.

Actually, I saw lots of POPUp by exit intent on mobile when push “back” button on browser, and on iPhone, it also could be triggered by snoring left that is actually same as back.

It would be great if hustle support this feature.
