    My question deals with the WooThemes USPS shipping plugin.

    The plugin shows these options for First Class Int’l:

    First Class Mail? International Letters
    First Class Mail? International Large Envelope
    First Class Package International Service?

    If I have a product in the cart that is 8.5x11x.25 inches in size, 9oz weight (a thin book), then First Class International Large Envelope SHOULD come up as an option in the shipping calculator, however, it’s not. Can someone tell me why? It’s only displaying the more expensive Package option.

    The shopping cart I’m currently using does display the Large Envelope option with its USPS shipping module, so I know it functions as a viable option from the USPS servers.

    Thanks for your help!

    I tried doing what I said in the previous post and didn’t have any luck. This is really realy annoying.

    Here’s the dimensions data for Large Envelope:
    https://pe.usps.com/businessmail101/mailcharacteristics/flats.htm

    No matter how I try to add this to the settings, I can’t get it to show up in the checkout. I’m not sure what’s considered length, width and height. Length I’m pretty sure is always the longest. Height looks more like what you’d call width. Thickness, I think, in the envelope settings would be width. That’s IF Woo goes by the same dimensions definition as the USPS site. Did you have any luck?

    I didn’t get a chance to start it yet…I will later today. I would agree with the dimension meanings that you stated above.

    Have you tried using Shipping Classes within the products section?

    Shipping classes I don’t think have anything to do with rates that are returned by the plugin.

    MikeJolley, since you’re replying to all these other threads, can you comment on this one? It doesn’t seem that the last plugin update corrected the first class international large envelope issue. Or if it has, can you tell us exactly how to configure products and the plugin so that the plugin gives the customer both the Package and Large Envelope options?

    I understand, and I did.. Recent plugin changelog claims to have addressed the issue, but as verified by me, and amyk7777, the rate still doesn’t get returned as expected.

    So respond there if you haven’t already ??

    Jesse Pearson, I added your code to that file. Since I don’t understand what it does, do I need to do anything in the settings to make it work? I’m not getting the first class international large envelope on the front end. I created a box with the following:

    L=15in
    W=0.75in
    H=12in

    Inner L=15in
    Inner W=0.75in
    Inner H=12in

    Weight of box= .0625 lbs
    Max Weight = 4lbs
