    Done, request (#132247).

    Replying here though would make the answer useful to others experiencing the same issues.

    The process I’m being put through via 10web.io is a bit more than I have time for at the moment (would have to set up another installation in order to provide the requested login, etc).

    What I really need to know is, can these forms, and specifically the scroll format, work on a cached page? On every site I try that with, the forms may work the first time, but after that gets the “Error: Something went wrong, please try again.” message, just as outlined in this thread;

    Dear @un_rick ,
    Thanks for you inquiry.

    Unfortunately we are not sure why you are facing the issue, as we were not able to reproduce it in any of our test websites. We kindly ask for your cooperation with our technical support to find the cause of the issue and solve it for you.

    Could you describe the intended and proven function of a scroll box form on a cached page? Should a page with such a form be cached or is it intended to be excluded from caching?

    Dear @un_rick ,

    As mentioned above the form works with cache plugins and we don’t have any known issues with cached pages.

    If the submit type is set to Ajax from form settings but you are still facing a problem, we need to investigate the case individually.

    Ok, so if the form should work with cache, my question is, does it work by excluding pages with the form from cache?

    BTW, yes I’ve tested with Ajax on.

    Thanks for your help.

    Dear @un_rick ,

    As we don’t have the needed accesses to check and troubleshoot your issue further, we can advise excluding the page from caching. That will be a workaround in your case to avoid issues.

    Regards, Mane
