How to make Google Cache your WORDPRESS BLOG frequently?

  • When i check the Cache age for some sites, it’s just a day back while for some sites, it’s almost 2 weeks or more.
    Both sites are almost similar,

    –> Registered on same date
    –> Have the same no of articles
    –> Ranking on first page
    –> Same backlinking campaign

    How do you increase the Cache age of a site OR how do you make Google to crawl/cache WP BLOG frequently?
    Somewhere i read that sharing via social networks & google +1’s makes it update the index/cache/crawl site?

    Help is appreciated.
