How to make grids to show events list

    Hello,

    I would like my front page to show recently added events in grid format, like Eventbrite.
    I have tried making the grid using Essential Grid and Visual Composer Grid Builder.
    But I don’t know how to make the grid to show the event date, state and event price.
    I tried using placeholder codes, but it doesn’t work like Woocommerce shortcodes.
    Can anybody please teach me?
