Thanks for your replies. I have de-activated OptinMonster, Popup Maker, Sidebar Manager, and deleted Facebook Chat plugin. Too bad, still not able to get rid of the Facebook Chat plugin, it still appear on my website. I suspect it could be due to this Facebook Chat plugin causing the problem. I’m still finding way to get rid of the Facebook Chat plugin.

For your information, I’m able to deactivate the Facebook Chat plugin, however, it still doesn’t solve the problem.

Due to js error our plugin’s js is not working, that’s why you are facing issue in our plugin.

Please fix this error and let me know if you face any issue in our plugin after fixing this issue.

Yes, I have changed the plugin code for the workaround. If viewing the website from mobile, it will display vertical process steps instead.
