    Go to Admin > Appearance > Custom CSS and try to use given below code to resolve your issue.

    its done. but the image looks blury (the quality decrease). the original pic is HighQuality Image no blur..

    You are using the Elementor Builder that is commercial product. This platform only support to WordPress Open Source Products. This is the subject of debugging and We can not request to share your access of admin dashboard here. You should contact to support directly at Elementor.
