how to make it support Buddypress usage?

    how to make it support Buddypress user frontend upload images?

    and set the users can only access the medias by himself/herself?

    so that they could Reuse/manage the medias when they post by using frontend post plugin, since the users are denied to access dashboard on buddypress site.
