• Hi,
I like tooltips. I started using it and as I make more tooltips, there is more chance that some of those already defined tooltip words come up in the content of new tooltip. If there is any predefined word in tooltip content, the new key word has the dotted underline but the tooltip doesn’t show up.

Is this the way this tooltips work?

If not, how can I fix it?
If so, how can I find and exclude the predefined words?

I am using
ToolTips ver 7.8.7
WordPress version 5.7.6

One way I figure out is to use for just one character of the predefined word to exclude it. But as the number of predefined words increases, I will not be able to tell which words in the content of new tooltip are predefined.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me.
Best regards,
Junji

Hi happy support team,

I’ve sent a message through the link early last week and haven’t heard anything back as told by you. I filled everything out in the form when I submitted the ticket. Is there any problem?

Best regards,
Junji
