    Hi there,

That happens because WPP couldn’t find their english translations –this one, for example- so the plugin uses their original titles instead.

    Hello
    I asked two questions:
#1 How to display a localized widget title ?
But in the meantime I found the solution with WPML strings translations.

#2 issue about mixed languages and you answer me but I’m afraid I do not understand you..
You said “because WPP couldn’t find their english translations”
Yes you are right, in this page: https://www.wax-interactive.com/en/news/wax-interactive-social2cash-is-keeping-its-roi-promises
and for this post that is displayed in the widget list: “La conception UX”, there is not english translation, that’s true, but all my post are not translated, just a fex of them…

    Sorry about that.

About your first question, please check this: I want to translate your plugin into my language / help you update a translation. What do I need to do?

About the translating issue: since WPML is unable to provide the english translation of those posts, it’ll return the original ones instead (in french language). That’s what WPP displays on the list.

    > Ok I understand but there is now way to do not displayed this? It do not make sens to have french posts in english pages, don’t you think?
Is this a WPP issue or a WPML issue?

    thanks again

No, unfortunately they cannot be hidden. You need to translate them, that’s how WPML works.

    hello

It’s very annoying… So the only solution is to ask to WPML to be compatible with your plugin because of that?
I’m not sure they will be ok…

Please let me ask a last question: why your plugin is not able to filter/display only posts that have a traduction according to the current language?

    thank you

WPP will list popular posts. Integration with WPML allows authors to display their top ranking articles in every language, so they should translate them. That’s how it’s supposed to work. It’s not an error nor a bug.

    Okey…. ??
    Thank you.
