HOW TO MAKE MULTIPLE INDEX PAGES

Is there a way to make more than one index page? Basically what I want is for each of my static pages to be like my “category” pages and then show little summaries of my recent blog posts (pertaining to that category) at the bottom in columns. The theme I am using is https://vatuma.com/demo/clear-line/. I like the layout of the “Index Page Layouts, Comments, HTML Elements, and Images” blurbs but I cannot make this happen on ANY of my pages. Does anyone know an easy code for this? Or can I make this happen by using the administrative sidebar? THANK YOU!!
