    May I suggest that you look into a quality premium theme that offers social logins. There are several out there that have this featured built into them. Also, there are several plugins which you can find with the Plugins section that will offer you the same capabilities.

    You would need to put the coding on your homepage and then utilize a re-direct plugin of where you want your visitors to go once they are logged in.
