How to make my posts on the category pages appear as a list?

    I hope I am posting to the right forum; I am assuming that my question is related to my template/theme, but it may not be. I have googled and googled and can’t find the answer, which could be due to me not knowing all the technical lingo for what I’m trying to accomplish. ??

    My site is hcjulies.com. It’s just a test site and one that I am using to learn on. So please pay no attention to the content, it’s all fictious. My question is…

    I have created several category pages (as seen on the top menu)that I am using to organize my posts. I would like for each category page to display the posts in a blog format and not appear in blocks like they are now. I installed the List Category plugin, but I don’t think it does what I thought it would.

    Any insight would be WONDERFUL!
