How to make my Twenty Ten blog viewed as a desktop on mobile

Hi, I use Twenty Ten for my wordpress blog. I don’t want my blog to be responsive, which means I want people to view my blog on a mobile device as if they view it on a desktop. So, how do I do that? Thanks!
