Regarding the SEO, nobody can guarantee that it won’t be affected, there are many variables to be considered for a thing like this.

I’m not sure I get the part about your blog links staying the same. So you want to have the same blog in the root directory (example.com instead of example.com/blog). Once you don’t have the /blog part (because you moved it to the root directory) you obviously can’t have the same links.
Instead of example.com/blog/my-post/ you will have example.com/my-post/

But yes, you can keep the same link format, just without the /blog part in it.

But what you could do, is to read about what needs to be done when moving a website / changing the address:

The most important element of all this is the content. If you have / come with good content, whether you gain some points to ranking or lose some, people will come back and you have your traffic. If there’s not much to come back for, your ranking won’t matter that much anyway.

I created the page “home”, but i have to create the functionality, those functionality is in home page. So, if i have to create the index page and it is upload through filezilla and those link and theme continuation has to be edited in the admin.

Error :: Already i have tried when i edited in the header navigation:
i have edited the widget_fucntiom.php, header not sent, it is already sent.

Is there any remedy for this…. I want to include the functionality in the home page.
