Super RSS Reader caches the RSS feed for 12hours. So if you want to increase this frequency and expire the cache faster then you need to include below code in your website.

Hi @todga,

Usually the “source” RSS feeds don’t refresh often. So it is set to retain cache for 12 hours.

You might need to increase this frequency only when you are sure, that the RSS feed is refreshing often.

There are different methods to insert custom code in WordPress. You can follow some guide here.

Regarding the valid URL error, please check if the RSS feed URL is valid and accessible by your server i.e it is not blocked, behind any authentication etc.. You can use a RSS validtor tools online to verify this. Please share the feed URl if issue persists.
