• Hi,

I have a question regarding the sticky elements in revolution slider. Here is the situation:

Basically I am trying to create a header menu using slider revolution. My question is: “How do I make any element in my slider to be sticky on the page?” For example, I have a nice slider background and bunch of words on it. But I only want the words to be sticky on the screen. So when I scroll down the page, the backgrounds moves, but words should stay there and be sticky.

I have downloaded ‘sticky menu or anything’. But right now for me it can only make the whole slider be sticky, which in my case, I only want part of the elements from the slider to be sticky. My sticky element currently is “.sticky”. I tried to apply it to one element in my slider, but when I checked, the element just disappeared from the page.

I don’t know how to do it, or what sticky element I should put in in this case here.

    Deeply appreciated

    Eric

  • Hi, thanks for trying my plugin! ??

I don’t think that’s going to work, to be honest. The letters on the slider are positioned absolutely (and based on the position of the slider), and in general, any elements that have absolute positioning don’t really work well with my plugin.

You might want to take another approach for this. If you can place an element on top of the slider (but outside the slider code structure) and give it position: fixed, it may work better.

    Hi Mark,
I have built a page using the Nice Clean package. The Nice Clean menu is only sticky halfway down the page and then it disappears under a slider. How do I make it sticky all the way down?

@precraig Please open a new topic for your issue, and don’t forget to include a link to your site. Thanks! ??
