Have played around with the settings and I can’t seem to get the popup to fit the width of the screen. I’d like it to be like the one on this page- https://theorganisedhousewife.com.au with the opaque background horizontally only so the pop up fills the whole width of the screen. Any help appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @salesavv:

The width of the popup anchored to the bottom of the screen at https://salesavvy.ie is controlled by the HTML img tag that contains the content. Currently the dimensions of the img element are set to 725px x 90px (width x height).

In my browser (Google Chrome v63), the sizing is controlled by the default browser settings. To override that you need to pass a targeted HTML class attribute to the img tag. Then modify your CSS to target the class attribute that you pass in.

There are currently no class attributes assigned to that img tag. Hence, you have to accept the default dimensions provided by whatever browser is in use.

I’m not that techy and only just started my website. Is there a link to help on this? I’m happy with the mage size being 725px x 90px but I want the opaque border width ways only which is what’s missing.

    Hello @salesavv:

Can you clarify the latter phrase in your second sentence posted above:

“…but I want the opaque border width ways only which is what’s missing.”

It doesn’t make any sense to me.

Here’s an example of what I want mine to look like… https://theorganisedhousewife.com.au/.

Mine looks like this at https://salesavvy.ie. Firstly, it’s not anchoring to the bottom now but most inportantly for me, there is no width ways opaque border to fit the width of the browser past where the image finishes. Hope that makes sense!
