How to make product category image black and white when product count is 0

    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I’m facing with my WooCommerce setup and Elementor integration. I am seeking your assistance to achieve a specific functionality within my online store.

    Description of the Issue:
    I have implemented a custom design using the Astra theme and Elementor page builder for my WooCommerce store. I would like the product category images to be displayed in black and white when there are no products assigned to a particular category. Currently, the category images are displayed in color regardless of product availability. (in other way, i want the category image to be black and white when count=0)

    Since these are third-party products that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

    but the widget (product categories) is provided from woocommerce f im not mistaken ?

    (didnt use third party widget to show product cateogires)

    Sorry for the confusion. The functionality you’re trying to achieve of showing product category images as black and white when the category is empty is not core WooCommerce functionality. To achieve this, you’d need a plugin or custom code that does this.

    We don’t offer any products in the WooCommerce.com marketplace that can achieve this for you, but you may find a third-party plugin in the www.ads-software.com community that does. Please note we’re not able to provide any guarantees that third-party plugins will work or troubleshoot them if something goes wrong.
