How to make reviews display???

  • I have followed all instructions to setup. I created 2 demo reviews.

    Should the site admin receive an email notification of the testimonials?
    After approving the testimonials, should they automatically populate the page where we have inserted the shortcode?

    Neither of the above are happening. We have shortcode like so:
    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID="ALL" NUM="5" PAGINATE="1" PERPAGE="5" SHOWFORM="1" HIDEREVIEWS="0" HIDERESPONSE="0" SNIPPET="" MORE="" HIDECUSTOM="0" ]

    I have clicked to “enable” this plugin on this page – but NOTHING displays except the button to submit a review.

    If no email notification is sent out – – how does the admin know that a new testimonial has arrived and is awaiting approval?

    I see that the vast majority of posts on this forum go unanswered, but hopefully, hopefully – somebody reading this can provide some hints??

    In summary:
    Should the reviews show up on a given page automatically – – or must we MANUALLY TYPE them in?? No – that can’t be the way this works??
