How to Make same with your Demo

Hi Thank you for your wonderful plugin. I need help on how to view the video same with this: https://ps.w.org/utubevideo-gallery/assets/screenshot-6.png?rev=1479679

Also when I try to create a Video Album its redirect me to “Page Not Found”.

Please help!
