How to make several columns?

You are showing only group, so there is no other group for a second column. You could try to add keep_together=0, see https://documentation.chattymango.com/documentation/tag-groups/tag-list-tag-clouds-and-groups-info/tag-list-shortcode-parameters/#keep-together

You still have the “tag-groups-keep-together” class on that page. Maybe you need to clear a cache.
