How To Make Site More Interactive

I am overhauling the website of a club I belong to and am using WP to do it. We want to make it more interactive so that the members can upload videos, post photos, ask questions and/or chat and I sure could use some help with this.

What is/are some/a good plugin(s) that will allow users to upload their own videos?

Do I need a separate plugin for them to upload photos or is there a plugin that will do both?

Is there something that will provide users to chat, ask questions etc? We don’t want to install a forum, just something simple.

Anybody have any other ideas that might this site more interactive?
