How to make smart search

Hy,

I’ve a page where I’m showing the listings on my website. In the left side of page I’ve some filters which I’m using to filter through the listings on that page.

Everything is good except 1 thing.

Right now the filters are showing all values but I want them to only show the filters or the values in filters which will match the current listings.

Let’s say I’ve 3 filters of year, make, and model

these 3 filters have 100 values each but when I will select year filter = 2023

It will show me 5 listings with year equal to 2023 and now I know that all 5 listings have same year so the year filter will be disabled or hidden from the filter bar.

and the other filters of make and model will only have values present in current 5 listings rather than having 100 values.

I’m using a plugin which is storing the filter values like for year it have 2023, 2022, 2021 and more I’m just running a loop on it and displaying the values on frontend.

What can be the possible way to do this?

Any idea?
